At Rajapalayam Young Entrepreneurs Club (RYEC), we believe that knowledge is only powerful when it turns into action. To empower our members with practical tools for execution, we hosted a dual workshop session that tackled two core pillars of entrepreneurial success: Action Planning and Time Management with Quality Control.



Session 1: Action Plan for Entrepreneurs by Mr. Kumar Raja

In the first session, Mr. Kumar Raja delivered an engaging talk on how entrepreneurs can move beyond ideation and actually implement their goals. Drawing from his own experience as a first-gen entrepreneur, he broke down the essentials of crafting an actionable, realistic business plan.

The second session featured Mr. Pravin Gnanam, who addressed two universal challenges for entrepreneurs: managing time efficiently and maintaining quality in business operations.
